Blood Donor!

Today I donated blood for the very first time! It is something I have always wanted to do but was always too scared! LifeSouth had a blood drive at the hospital so I figured I wouldn't get a better opportunity than that! I just walked down the hall from my office, gave my blood and walked away with a free meal ticket and a t-shirt!
It was definitely not as bad as I had anticipated. I did get a little dizzy afterwards though. I am proud that I overcame my fear and I feel so good knowing that my blood may help save someone's life!

Fun Day with The Campbell's

We went over to our friends house this afternoon for hamburgers and homemade ice cream. The boys had an awesome time together!

Busy day!

Today started out with Ryan and I heading to Prattville to have some pictures made. I am very grateful that my friend and co-worker agreed to do it on such short notice! Morgan did an awesome job and got some really great shots! I will post them as soon as I can.
Later in the afternoon we took Duchess to Kiesel Park. When she figured out where we were she started whining and going crazy...which made us feel terrible for not having been there in over 2 years! She darted out of the truck and Jimmie had to run after her. Ryan had a great time too! He really enjoyed standing on the bridge and throwing rocks in the creek and duchess took a dip in it to cool off! Too bad I didn't have a camera!
